Message	remove Car lift From Property I half to get permit to put Car lift in garage and that probley want pass. city of wilmington said I can only change oil and brakes and can not to have any car/ truck not in working order for more than 48 hrs. If so the car needs a cover and stored in far back of yard. I was in the New hanover County then in 2004 anxed into the city with No vote.. Only Thing I Get from the city is they pick up yard debirs,, Double Tax,, and can tell you what you can do.. and what you will not do. To most people, city is no problem. just pay your taxes and live your life (go work go home) to me, go work come home and modify the hack out the Z. I do have a Ass of a person that lives in area that rides by my house almost every day. He will call in city complante office if he dosent like what im doing. If I bring my F 600 single axle truck home he circles my house 4 times a day I have over 3000.00 dollars in fines by the city of wilmington City of Wilmington is out of hand I do not live in a Home owner Assosiation area.
